Exceptional!The service of this credit union is unparalleled; I have transferred nearly all of my banking here.Banking at Moya after having an account with one of the big Canadian banking institutions is like night and day. The community-oriented credit union service + all the conveniences of online banking and mobile app. Simply the best!

Unfortunately after decades of membership and a truly disheartening experience and one not true to the Credit Union system and cooperative principles has required us to move our mortgage business elsewhere. I will credit Moya with a last minute attempt to rectify however was truly disappointed with our families mortgage renewal experience.

I came across this credit union while doing my search on Google. Right from the time I made a call to the office till the time my account was opened, the staff has been super helpful and have treated me like family. Both Nancy and David made the overall process streamlined and seamless and my account works perfect. Would definetely recommend Moya Financial to potential customers.

The union with an ecological conscience. Possibly the only non-evil financial institution I've ever dealt with. International transactions are a bit cumbersome because they're a credit union, but I'm happy to jump through a couple of extra hoops to to support the bees. And to keep the big-bank stench off my skin.These guys are great.

I have been a member of Moya Financial since I was 11 years old, and my experience with them has always been positive! The employees are always helpful and kind, and the bank is very transparent with their processes and policies.
