I'm updating my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. FIonavar changed ownership in the summer of 2019. Staff no longer provide timely updates for payment of daycare packs. Management is not readily available for questions and safety concerns. Almost a month passed while I waited for a follow-up call, and I was very disappointed when the lady was agressive and self-justifying about the grooming and safety issues I raised.

My dog is a bit of a problem dog and I find it hard to plan trips away with finding someone to look after her. They were very accommodating and she seemed to enjoy her stay!

I took my dog in to have her claws trimmed. Charlotte was very pleasant to deal with and I think Zuzu has a new friend!

Absolutely LOVE the ladies at Fionavar!!! 5 stars!Our doggies are so excited to go to daycare and are well taken care of! We have peace of mind when they’re there and know they will be happy and exhausted when we pick them up! Highly recommended!!!

Our dog is a royal pain to groom. We tried 4 groomers before stumbling on this gem of a business. He loves them and they show lots of love and care to him. We feel confident going there and he is always happy when we pick him up. Super.service.

Fionavar Kennels is awesome. Outstanding customer service, staff that genuinely care about your pets and prices that are unbeatable for the quality site that your dogs are at for boarding or for daycare. They always come back tired, and on the Muddy days they're usually fairly clean. They've hosed them off sometimes. All 3 of our dogs are clients there, one with severe allergies and anxiety but they always accommodate and ensure they're well looked after.Highly recommend Fionavar Kennels for your pet daycare or boarding needs! Can assure you that the reviews don't do it justice.

All I can say is awesome!!! My dog has anxiety getting his nails done. I've gone to many places as well as the vet and was told to have his nails cut safely he needs to be medicated. Today he had his nails done at fionavar as recommended by a friend. I'm a happy dog mom! Thank you!!!

I took my dog in for their advertised bath and nails Saturday special (25$), after calling to make an appointment. I was asked what breed my dog was and they said see you on Saturday. I dropped him off, and picked him up an hour later and don't get me wrong, my dog was bathed and nails were clipped but when I went to pay I was instead charged 35$ and was told bigger dogs cost more and I should have been told on the phone. I was not told, and still paid the 35. So even though they did well with my dog they did not do well with me, I won't be going back.

I drove you PEI on vacation but decided to board my dog on the island since the place we stayed at didn't accept dogs. I did all the paperwork beforehand and emailed everything. I arrived there and dropping off my dog and easy breezy. I picked him up and he was in good condition and happy! I'm really happy with the whole process and experience.

Thanks for taking care of Dexter's paws today. He is 17 years old and usually does not like getting his nails/paws trimmed but today I see he nearly fell asleep in there and his paws look great. He's pretty pleased with how his feet feel now :)
