d like the owner of the Willowbrook fatburger to please contact me. I love this chain.I had a terrible experience today. I called to talk to the manager. The manager on duty gave me zero customer service. Insinuated I had done something to my burger. All i asked for was a replacement of a 10.99 burger or credit. Nope. Said the burger left the restaurant perfect. And that he had no idea what happened to it after it left?

I went last week and I tried the Cajun chicken Salad it was so yummy. I loved it! Besides this they gave me a option for grilled mushrooms instead of raw mushrooms. Staff is amazing too!

The workers are very nice nd polite. As i had visited there for the first time so they help me alot in my order. Even the manager is very nice by heart.

I came here with friends and I really enjoyed the burger I had and it was very delicious. Service was a bit slow but not too long. Will be coming again sometime soon.

Fantastic food. The burgers are so good. We had the bacon cheese and the California with guacamole. Both were excellent. Service was good. Friendly but busy. We had to wait for our food a little but not unreasonably long. Overall a good experience.

No idea what the food is like; stood at the order till for 5 minutes while two guys completely ignored me. Went to A&W instead.

Fatburger is in the food court in the mall. I just had the regular burger with all the fixings. It was very good. Maybe I won't have the jalapeños next time. Replaced my fries with the onion rings. Delicious food. Deep fried pickle was good. Super nice staff. Small sit down restaurant.
