My experience here was excellent and I would highly recommend going to Pin Drop. I had not had my hearing tested before, and was quite anxious, but Dr. Carter was extremely friendly, professional and put me at ease.The staff were also very efficient and everything was handled well.Thank you

I can't say enough great things about this location. They have gone above and beyond to ensure my moms hearing aid needs are looked after and are so patient with answering questions or concerns. I highly recommend them. Thanks for all your help Linda and Erin!

I just went in for a hearing test but I had a really awesome experience. The staff were very friendly and nice, I had a great time talking to them. The doctor took the time to address all the concerns that I had. He explained everything that he did to make sure that I fully understood what he was doing.

I highly recommend this audiologist if you have children who are anxious with medical procedures. From the moment we stepped into the office, he was greeted by a warm receptionist then met by the most wonderful audiologist. Warm, friendly, gentle and patient. She talked through everything with HIM. She focussed on explaining things to my son and making him comfortable. She didn’t rush anything and was so affirming and encouraging. She made it as enjoyable as possible. We have found our lifelong audiologist!

Best experience I've had at a hearing clinic. Linda at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Erin the audiologist is friendly and so thorough with the testing and explaining all results of the tests. She was just as thorough at explaining the operation of my new hearing aids. She genuinely cared to make sure I had the best possible results for my hearing impairment.I can write this honestly after having hearing aids for five years and dealing with other clinics.

Pindrop Hearing Centre at Dalhousie offers absolutely terrific service. My parents have been going to them for some time and they always go above and beyond. Staff there have helped them choose hearing aids, deal with lost hearing aids, and ensuring that everything is in perfect order. Highly recommended.

Both my wife ad I had our hearing checked. Lara was so patient with us both explaining the testing procedure. Turns out my wife needs hearing aids. We purchased them and Lara took the time to properly explain the new hearing aids and answered all questions.Follow up support is great and minor adjustments were made over the phone.Linda at the front desk is friendly and helpful.This is our fist experience dealing with a hearing clinic and I must say we are very impressed.

I would highly recommend Dalhousie Pindrop hearing to anyone. Erin and Linda combine expertise in their field with a great willingness to listen. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Again would Highly recommend.
