0 stars should be an option for this Burger King. Waited 10 minutes to have my order taken in store around noon, and another 10 minutes for nuggets and fries during lunch. There should always be staff inside for the lunch rush, poor management.

I had a good experience everytime I went. Saw lot of bad reviews here. I ordered 2 Whoppes everytime I pass though. Never had any problems. One time I had to wait longer. Probably because they were busy at the Drive Thru.

WHO DESIGNED THEIR PARKING LOT!? I was stuck for 15 minutes or so trying to leave but people just kept coming to the drive through, trapping me in. It's also somehow already dirty in there even though they've only been open for a number of days. UPDATE** they seem to close early at about 5:30 - 6:00 most days, what dinner restaurant closes at 5:30???

Restaurant was empty, yet the two servers were not even acknowledging us at all and seemed overwhelmed by the drive thru orders. Ridiculous “customer service”.

Any of these 5 star reviews I can guarantee are coming from employees trying to not look bad at their job.This is easily the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Especially drive-through service. You can be waiting 10 minutes and you still won't have your food and then once you finally do get your food it's freezing cold.Also here's something I bet some of you didn't know, the only reason they ask you to pull to the front door while at the drive thru window, EVEN when no other vehicles are behind is so that it looks like they're providing quick drive-through services. There is a sensor by the drive-through window that times them. That's why they ask you to pull ahead because their timer restarts and it looks like their giving quick service. When in reality it takes 10+ minutes and even then food comes out cold.WROST SERVICE EVER!

We came at 11:45am for a quick lunch. Used the washroom and it was dirty! Whoopers were barely warmed. The onion rings were made long before we got there and not hot at all. The lemonade was all water. What the heck it was us two and a one other couple

I've enjoyed my dine in experience every time I've been at this location. The staff are quick to take orders and helpful if you need some else to round out your meal. They seem to be very busy and working over time to fill drive thru orders, So patience is needed when ordering in house. I highly recommend their whopper with bacon and cheese.
