Je ne sais pas si c'est a cause de ma couleurd de peau ou origine, Mais je suis rentré dans le magazine avec ma fille il y a quelques temps, personne ne nous a répondu... Des qu'un couple originaire du Quebec sont rentrés ... Ils ont Eu droit au bonjour et un service immédiatement... Pourtant nous sommes arrivé avant, on était les seuls dans le magasin, j'ai fait comprendre à la dame que c' est pas gentille, elle part en tournant le dos en disant ne le prenez pas comme ça"... Je vous laisse juger mais je ne retrouve plus dans ce magasin"

Frustrating, Rude, not very helpfull or polite. Terrible service everytime we went here, this is why we don't go there anymore. They tell you luggage in insured, but dont explain the process behind it. Any reason for a return they will tell you it isnt insured and change thier reasoning every time or excuse. BEWARE! This is how it works. Bentley insures thier luggage for up to 10 yrs. BUT in all cases it is not thier fault, thus you must place a complaint with the airline to open a claim for damages with them (the airline). They will justify your claim, and send you to a bentley depot to have them verify the damages and make a decision regarding your claim for adjustment. Simple enough, but this store fails to take the time to explain this simple process to clients and treats you like you are small and not important. The manager here in gatineau Linda" shoul either sell her share in the business because she is terrible at what she does
