This company lacks the core business ethics of adequate communication and customer satisfaction. Shipped a car with them in July 2021 to Africa, to my surprise, car was abandoned at Halifax seaport, without clear explanation. Took a loan from a bank to purchase the car, bank is already knocking on my door for repayment and accrued interest. Quite devastating.

Mensonge dans le service . ils acceptent les véhicules , encaisse l argent , il ne te dise pas l itinéraire du voyage et ils envoient ca vers l europe pour que le véhicule sois transborder vers l europe . En consequent tu attends 3 mois au lieu de 4 semaines .c est ce leur business .

This is the worst place i have ever shipped a car. they managed to ship a car with the wrong vin because they have incompetent staffs from canada ,across us boarders all the way to west Africa. they initially said this cant be rectified, it took the intervention of another us shipping company for them to fix this after about 45days. amounting to so much demurrage they refused to do anything about . they lied in everyway possible just to try to cover their track. at last all they could say was i am not their direct client. meaning zero legal exposure.I have evidence showing this company are totally incompetent , unorganized, unprofessional and not responsive even while there is a crisis. If you care about your cars and customers ,avoid people like thisas i am typing, my car is still at the port due to huge demurrage caused by asca shipping, i never asked them to pay me one cent for anything, i have clear evidence to show they demanded 500 usd to fix this issue(extortion) not until an intermediary from us another shipping company intervened to reduced the criminal act to 200

I shipped cars with them - make payment and they won’t provide telex release .It’s 2 weeks - I keep calling everyday and they kept saying different things .I remember speaking with three different people and they’re saying different stuffs .Very wicked and inconsiderate people .

Very straightforward, no hassle. Will certainly do business again and many more cars to be shipped with asca.
