We contacted “I’d Rather Be Plumbing” as we had a break in our water line. Adam showed up, assessed the job and gave me a quote on site. We had an idea of price as we already had another quote. Adam’s quote was fair and they were on site within two days. He explained the process and their progress throughout and ensured the repair was completed before they left the site. He went above and beyond with his communication and knowledge of the issue and proper supplies needing to be used to prevent a bandaid solution unlike the previous company we had who failed miserably from start to finish. To top it off, he surprised us with a dozen farm fresh eggs from his chicken coop:) Thanks again to Adam and the crew at “I’d rather be plumbing”. I would recommend them any day!

I could not be more impressed with my recent service from Rather Be plumbing! A clogged drain left me with a completely non-functional bathroom (toilet, shower and sink affected). As Victoria was expecting sub zero temperatures for the next few days, I was extremely worried about a pipe bursting.Rather Be went above and beyond to get a technician to me that morning. From the person on the phone to the technician who came to do the job, I was very impressed by the customer service. Thankfully my issue was able to be resolved quickly at a reasonable price. Thank you!!!

Rather Be Plumbing offered excellent service. From the moment they answered their phone, they were responsive, friendly and efficient. They communicated with me quickly and clearly, confirming my same day appointment via text and email. When the plumber was on his way, he called to confirm his arrival time. Wes, the plumber, was polite and friendly. He tackled each problem and solved all the issues even when there were challenges along the way. He treated me and my home with respect doing no damage to walls or floors as he did his work. I would highly recommend Rather Be Plumbing and would definitely call upon them again should I be in need of a plumber.

We had a leaky supply valve on our toilet. Rather Be Plumbing was able to come out and fix it within about 2 hours of us calling them. Excellent work done in a timely manner. I would recommend Rather Be Plumbing to family and friends.

Due to a misunderstanding in communication the tech showed up 40 min later than I expected …The work was completed efficiently & effectively. I raised a concern regarding my invoice whereby I disagreed with the need for me to be charged for fuel for the company vehicle (I was no more convinced to hear this is a “common practice” - I believe that should be a business expense - nobody is subsidizing my fuel costs….)Anyway - they were willing to make some adjustments on my bottom line that made the overall experience palatable for which I was greatful..

Have needed their help a few times and have never been disappointed. Amazing service, responsiveness and professionalism! They’re an example of how a good business should be run! Only wish they also did electrical work, painting, window washing, landscaping, gutter cleaning……and the list goes on!

Best plumbers in town, has been using their service for 15 years. Always extremely reliable, punctual, professional, their work is impeccable and they leave the place clean. Not to mention very friendly - a pleasure to deal with all of the staff there. Thank you guys, can't appreciate you enough.
