Sales person LYING IN FRONT OF MY FACE! I went in the store for a mattress. I literally asked the salesman “Is there any discount?” before I paid as I knew there was a 10% off everything promotion online. He said “it is already discounted”. I trusted him and did not check twice.However, when I got back home and looked at the receipt, I found out that it was not discounted at all. I called the store 3 times within 30 mins after I left, no one answered. So I had to call the customer service. They agreed to do a price match for me and told me that the adjustment would go through the store system for processing. At the time I did see a refund posted in my bank account. However, 3 days later that refund mysteriously disappeared. I’ve never seen something like this, absolutely ridiculous!

Why buy a mattress anywhere else! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Gin. He was very knowledgeable and believed in the product that he was selling. My experience there was great, by the end of it I did not know I was there for 1.5 hrs. That's how comfortable I felt. I would recommend this store 100%. Gin did a great job! Thanks again

When we moved we decided to change our bed. We did our research and went to the closest Sleep Country Store. The representative was professional and really knew his stuff. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us to pick the right sleeping solution for us. We are very happy with our new bed.

Let me save you a lot of time - all you combo front, side and back sleepers. I bought a Kingsdown mattress and selected the firm style, the Duet Gage which does not have a pillow top. It felt extremely hard and firm. I tried it for a couple of months but it just didn't feel comfy and cozy. It actually felt jarring. I visited the store again to discuss my options. The sales rep said to keep it a bit longer as I might get used to it. One month later and I did not. Before the deadline, I exchanged it for the Kingsdown Duet Hewitt which has a pillow top. It is so comfortable! I wish I had just gone with this one originally. The other good news is that the mattress was on sale so I will be getting a significant refund. The sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable but if you think you should not have a pillow top mattress because you sleep on your front, think again. It's perfect.

Absolutely love the customer service at Sleep Country Canada!Originally we were going to go to Leon's or the Brick to purchase our bed, but went with our gut feeling to NOT purchase from them. We have had bad past experiences with Leon's and the Brick.Going to Sleep Country Canada was the best decision we ever made. Not only did we get the BEST bed in the entire store (& most expensive), but we also got ourselves an excellent discount as there are ways to do so. The customer service at Sleep Country Canada is exceptional! And the fact that there employees actually know & understand each & every single bed, made the experience ever better! We ended up spending almost 3 hours there trying out beds, and finally came to the decision of the well-known NASA made Temper Pedic bed! :)The store is clean & welcoming. Staff is exceptional! Highly recommend :)

Friendly staff, prices a bit high.We just bought a mattress for our new place. As we have bought this brand, Dormeo, we knew what we needed however the staff showed us all the Dormeo models as well as some other ones. The delivery just came yesterday and its as comfortable as we expected! Very happy with the purchase. The only one small complaint is that i expected the delivery to be sooner like in the morning of delivery but it usually is close to end of day :( i Remembered last time was the same thing. Maybe its our address.

I was very happy with the salesperson - he was most helpful and kept his word regarding the exchange. Thank you Gin. But I was most dissatisfied and disappointed with your Customer Service department. They were no help at all - and in fact were very short and abrupt regarding my complaint with the fitted sheets.

No need to look any further to buy a mattress. I wouldn’t buy a mattress anywhere else then this location. First of all, big shout out to Gin our sales representative. He made the whole experience of buying a mattress set easy, fun and affordable. He simply asked about my budget and showed me all of my options. This guy deserves a 6th star because I’ve never slept better in my whole life since our delivery of our new mattress set. Sleep Country provides the goods and includes exceptional customer service relations. Thank you so much Gin for this experience.

Great customer service. Chris was the one that helped me. Very pleasant and knowledgeable and could understand my needs. I have a disability and uses mobility aids at times. Chris was great.Also, the store is taking extra pro caution around Covid to protect customers coming into the store which made me feel extra comfortable looking for a mattress.My last adjustable bed was also from sleep country 10 plus years ago and it was great except I got too hot and have temperature regulation issues.I ended up getting the tempur-pedic pro breeze teal queen size mattress for my adjustable base. The mattress has been great and I’m really happy with it.I also got a mattress protector but it keeps coming off the edges of the bed and it’s very frustrating. Having mobility issues and always needing to fix the mattress protector is very frustrating and annoying. I was told it’s thin etc. which it is, which I love about it and a great mattress protector but just hate that that it doesn’t stay on the bed as it should.

We had a pleasant visit to the store and the salesman was knowledgeable. He inferred that we would get a 15% gift card credit" off the entire order which totaled some 4K before tax. Imagine our surprise when the "15% gift card" was ONLY applicable to the motorized bases! Yes - it is in the "small print" but he never made that crystal clear and did not disabuse me of the notion that we were going to get a $600 credit when I uttered this aloud in the store. When I confronted him on the telephone - he was unctuous and disingenuous in his response. SLIPPERY! Delivery was on time but the most sullen and unhappy pair of delivery men we've ever encountered. Nary a smile. Not a gracious word and unable to correctly sort out the electronics of the "motorized" beds. Instead of operating individually - they were operating in sync. It took another call and another visit to sort that out. TRAIN YOUR DELIVERY MEN TO SET UP THE ELECTRONICS ADEQUATELY. All in all a "so so" experience. We will swop out one mattress as it is too hard. Not the fault of SLEEP COUNTRY. Will we shop there again? Probably not. When you drop 5K + with tax on a purchase - we expect excellent customer service
