The service at the dock was poor ,we had to get our own product from there warehouse and then load our truck

We have been a supplier of IOF products for many years. We are impressed with the products and have many happy customers.

They're not prepared for a busy summer when s**t hits the fan and we need to get truck traffic flowing properly, efficiently and keep the entire delivery system of everyone running on time.I waited 90 minutes to pick up a 5 minute order who's paying for all this downtime? I certainly hope this organization is because they absolutely should be.If it wasn't for these trucks coming and going then nobody in this organization would have a job period.Show some courtesy and respect to the trucks that are more important to this industry than the expensive cars blocking the fire route and creating logistics chaos in the back loading area and side driveways of the building.Maybe if they do that then I'll change my rating, but I get the impression that nobody cares to make this place great.

This is the worst place to work at. Working here made me feel so uncomfortable. Majority people who work here in warehouse are indians and they look at you if you are not indian and discriminante against you. At lunch time they all stare at you and talk in there language so obviously you can't say anything because you don't know what they are actually saying but they make you feel really inconfortable. The manager does not seem to care about this situation. They need to enforce that inside the warehouse only english is spoken, which many other warehouses enforce that rule.
