This bank with no service, the pacific mall branch has closed before the opening hours, very annoying從沒見過一間不知所謂的銀行，服務已經沒有，還要提早關門，不知所謂

I exchanged Canadian Dollars for RMB from this bank. They gave me two counterfeit 100 RMB bills. I almost got arrested in China because my cab driver called the police on me accusing me to pass on the counterfeit bills to him. When I brought these fake bills back to ICBC Richmond Hill branch, the bank manager basically called me a liar refusing to acknowledge that those counterfeit bills were issued from her branch.

They never pick up their phone. I tried 4 days in a row for at least a dozen times during their branch hour. Then when the gentleman answered the phone, he was very rude.Also options on their automatic on the phone was not working, it doesn't happen what you press, it doesn't work.

ICBC is my second bank apart from TD. Worst experience. Lots of bureaucracy. Don't expect to open an account on arrival. Need to come back for an appointment. May also need to come back a third time because of more paper works. Unwilling to open new account for new customers by staff. I mean I don't stay close to the branch either, a round trip is about 100k plus.
