I went to this store to pick out lights for the house we are moving into. All staff members were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They made something that felt overwhelming become fun and easy. I can’t thank you again for all of your help and patience! Can’t wait to see what we picked installed in our new place!

We were renovating a large space and lighting was crucial. The staff and fandango went above and beyond to make sure every detail was covered from aesthetic to also finding the best lighting temperature for our usage. The have such an amazing selection, and if it wasn’t in stock they could get it. Can’t say enough about our wonderful experience.

If I could negative stars I would. The first person I talked to over the phone who LISTENED when I described what I was looking for and told the measurements to gets a 5 star rating, as they told me we could go over different parts and find the correct one. To the lady who I assume is an ageist because she had to loudly proclaim over me talking that she has been doing lighting for 20yrs...Congrats you definitely haven't gotten that time in for your steller personality. Who is apparently also unable to LISTEN as i described again in detail the exact diameter and and circumference of my fans mounting essmbly. The picture show cased contains exacty what I need.For any future potential clients go to lowes atleast they try.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time getting to know what I like and dislike and suggested items that fit my idea. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I will definitely return in the future for more.

Went to see if they carried a specific light bulb and the person says ... No, I turn people away so often. Check online. Turns around and goes back to the office. This would have been the perfect time to show us any lamps but she decided to walk away. Obviously she doesn't get paid by commission. Doubt we'd ever go back again.
