Did not make the custom cake I had ordered, even after I confirmed two separate times. On arrival to pick up the cake, I was met with incredibly poor customer service from supervisor P. This truly ruined the birthday party.

Service was slow, but I'm not sure whose standard has set the bar. It looked like they were understaffed but maybe someone was on a break or something.The ice cream cake I purchased was excellent. Dairy Queen has really good ice cream, and it's always worth it.

There have been quite a few times where I order a blizzard and there is hardly anything in it. When you pay this much money for ice cream you expect a quality treat. Please do better.

Purchased a box of 6 Buster Bars. These bars, although described on the box as having 3 layers of “thick fudge” and peanuts, were 95% ice milk.I went back to return the remaining bars and the staff did not believe me. One staff member said there is only ever 2 layers of fudge and nuts despite the box photo clearly showing 3. In front of several customers, the manager cut one of the remaining bars up completely on the counter and guess what? Almost no fudge and peanuts. Despite this, they still weren’t going to refund the $21.Finally after I explained that I’ve been a regular customer at this location for more than 30 years and asked them why I would be in the store trying to get a refund if everything was fine, they relented and gave me a refund.No apologies or anything. These staff members know nothing about customer service.These products are made in the store and the quality control is nonexistent.The whole experience was very embarrassing and completely unnecessary and I won’t be back.

Your employee Nitanshi really manages it well with customer. I was there with my family and she greeted us well and we saw her with other customers as well. The food was really hot and the blizzards with actually so good at taste. It was a great experience and we really appreciate the customer service training provided to that employee. Will surely visit again

Burgers, etc. not made until you order, so takes longer than one of the pre-cooked fast food places (s/as McDonald’s and their pre-cooked burger patties);DQ is TOTALLY worth the wait :-)(So, try and ignore the bleeps behind you who honk while you’re waiting at the window.)

Wanted to get a frozen dessert and arrived 20 minutes before scheduled closing time to having the doors locked and refusing service while drive through remains open. I can understand not ordering flat top items near to closing but to look at me and walk away without explanation or care is bad service. (Worked in numerous restaurants for years)
