Very informative and professional staff. Helped me size XC skis, boots, and poles and gave me advice on how to get started. I've spent a lot of time here over the past couple of weeks talking with the employees, getting up to speed on the different layer combinations of clothing and their intended application.. I've been spending a lot of time researching and comparing items between different stores and find track and trails items to be better quality at a lower price. There's lots to learn about all the different styles and features of equipment and everything the employees here have told me is accurate with the research I do at home. They have a nice selection of gear, from skis, clothing, climbing gear, snow shoes, hiking boots, winter runners, backpacks, etc.I enjoy spending time in this store.

First time going, pleasantly surprised at the stock and customer service. They even advised that parking is free for the first 15mins.. I will be back!

I always enjoyed this store. Everything they carry is quality albeit that comes at a price but there's no surprise there. The workers are knowledgeable and extremely helpful.My one gripe is there are no returns on clearance item's, so be sure you know what you are purchasing. I wish they would atleast change the policy to in-store credit minus say a 10% restocking fee.

I walked into this shop as a beginner looking to purchase x country ski gear. My experience here was in my opinion phenomenal. I found the staff professional, knowledgeable and supportive to each other. My expectations were met above and beyond

Came into the shop in a last-ditch attempt to salvage my old cross-country skis. They were able to fix them on the spot with a minimal service charge! No upselling, although the staff were very accommodating and provided expert advice on possible upgrades. I frequent the store often and happy to support local enthusiasts.

I always feel welcomed and appreciated here. The new Rab Vital jacket they are selling is very lightweight, completely cuts the wind while keeping you dry. It's my go to for running, biking and skiing for windy, rainy or cool conditions. Packing down to the size of my fist makes it easy to stash in a water belt/running pack. Shopping here for years I have recognized that the staff and owners know their stuff. They care about their customers and their community!

I had a great experience shopping here! Jamie was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was so patient answering all of my questions and listening to exactly what I was looking for. She explained the difference between the skis I was interested in better than anyone from any other store. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of each ski and new vs. used to find the skis that are right for me. I'll definitely be back!-Krystal

Purchased a full X-Country ski set for both me and my wife. Staff are SO helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend checking out the store for your outdoor recreational needs.
