Five stars isn't enough for this amazing company! From the minute I met with Monika I knew I was making the right choice. She asked me what my expectations were for my Dad's care and explained how they would make those happen and more. The office team of Judith and Dave are so easy to work with in making up my Dad's health care schedule. Nothing is too much trouble, ever! The ladies who come to care for my Dad during the day, evening and overnight are so kind, caring and compassionate as well as very professional. They communicate with me verbally, by text and by a full report. I always know what is going on with my dad even when I'm not there. I am just so happy with Thistlecreek Health Care! Monika and her team are the best! From their quick response after hours on a Friday to help get support to our mom immediately, to their caring visits each and every week to spend time and do things with her, they care. They consistently go above and beyond and we can't express our appreciation enough. We trust them and have already recommended Thistlecreek to other families.

I want to thank Thistle Creek and the nurses and PSW’s that took care of my Mom in her later stages of life. The care we received was exactly what we needed and it allowed Mom to stay at home where her children could visit at any time and provide comfort. Even following Mom’s passing, Thistle Creek has been helpful with gathering all of Mom’s records of care. The staff have been extremely kind and helpful. Thank you.

We've been working with Thistlecreek for 6 months now and would highly recommend. The assessment process was done quickly and they answer any questions you have promptly. We have a wonderful PSW that comes in weekly to help my mother. She's excellent and treats her like family.

My mother is in a retirement home in Oakville and Thistlecreek has been providing her with dependable, compassionate, capable caregivers for about 2 years. The agency gives us timely responses when changes need to be made and do their best to make accommodations. They are professional in their communication with the family members. Monica and the team from Thistlecreek are amazing. Caring and compassionate the PSW's were a godsend for our family. Caring for my Mom with Alzheimer's through the evening, she is a wanderer, gave us all piece of mind that she would be safe and not disruptive to other residents in the care home. We have been using Thistlecreek healthcare for many years. They cared for both my parents and took great care when my mom was going through cancer. They now look after my elderly father. They are very professional and take care of everything right down to grocery shopping and picking up medication. The girls are very good with my dad's dog as well and take him for walks! We have been using Thistlecreek Services for 9 months. We have found them to be responsive to our needs and quick to address any of our questions. We have used the services of several of the staff, all of whom have been polite, prompt and caring. Our regular staff member is all of the above as well as a great communicator and encourager.I look forward to her staying to being the main support for my Mother.

Recently we reached out to Thistlecreek for some overnight help for our 94 year old mom, who had fallen and broken her hip. I reached out after 9:00 pm on a Tuesday night and immediately heard back! Help was arranged for the very next night. The people who came for the overnights were wonderful! They always arrived 10-15 minutes early, they were very kind, gentle, caring and attentive and kept very detailed notes during each shift that were recorded in a notebook and left for us. They monitored what our mom ate and drank, how much sleep she had, her pain levels, what medications were given and when, etc etc. Knowing they were there and our mom was being cared for was comforting and gave our family peace of mind. This company was very easy to communicate with and any questions we had were answered immediately. Don’t hesitate to call Thistlecreek if you find yourself in need of help. They were excellent!
