Spoke to Tyler on the phone; exceptional sales service. Today, Dave installed the system at my cabin and the whole thing was done quickly, expertly and very competently. We set a date for the installation and they were on time. The service is up and running and I am so pleased. Highly recommend.

Dave and his helper did the installing, they were very professional, friendly, likeable and patient with all of our questions, etc. They made an extra effort to have everything as perfect as possible. Camp Communication installed internet at my cottage near Kenora. They did excellent work, were very punctual and are priced very reasonably. I would definitely recommend them above any other Internet company I have had experience with. Very good experience.

Camp Communications has been the best internet service I have used. We are at the lakeshore but in a valleyed location which has been difficult to get signal from other providers. I have paid to have Bell and Xplornet along with Camp Communications at the same time for one year to have an honest comparison. Camp Comm won hands down.I had great signal with Camp Comm in times when both Bell and Xplornet were unable to send enough signal (1-6 Mbps). With the other providers, I was getting little if any signal on Fridays thru Sundays when cottagers came out and the signal was being shared with thousands more than during the week.I run a business out of this location and was very frustrated with Bell and Xplornet feeling at mercy with each but still having no service at times weekly. It was as if the towers were overloaded and couldn't keep up with demand. When being frozen out or not able to get signal I would change over to the next provider and Camp Comm always had minimum 30 Mbps or more. I analyzed all 3 providers each month and several times per month with consistent results from Camp Comm.Like other users, with Xplornet and Bell, I was paying for 50 Mbps but when I called (many times) to tell them I was getting 1-3 Mbps all they told me was: 1) they couldn't do anything because of my location 2) I had to pay for that package because it was the minimum even though I was not getting anywhere near an acceptable level of signal. I also had to take time to call which at least 2 time per month per carrier I was on the phone for minimum one hour up to 3 hours to discuss my lack of service.I have never been down with Camp Comm and the evaluation made me realize that Camp Comm is a trusted and valued provider all the time and in all seasons which in today's world is comforting to depend on a service and know they will do everything they can to provide what they say they can.If you are looking for a consistent and best option for internet providers in the Lake of the Woods Ontario area, call Camp Comm. They are friendly but very honest too. If they can get you signal they mean it and are always a call away with an actual person if you have any issues.
