On July06/23 at 11:00 pm, Fill up gas and swipe CAA card to qualify for the 3 cent/litre discount. CAA card was accepted when swiped and was prompted for Air Miles Card. When receipt was printed, there was no discount applied. Gas station attendant won`t give me the rebate, all she says once the transaction is completed, she can`t do anything. It`s a machine and machine makes mistakes.`They know when you swipe at the pumps, their system won`t give the discount. Looks like they purposely won`t fix this or put up a sign at the pump, they just pocket the discount. If they were honorable, they would put in a method to give the customer the discount. Bunch of crooks

Advertise one price, charge another. They were out of regular so the sign on the pump said you could get the higher grade for the same price. Pump said the regular was 109, they still charged 122 and refused to honor the price they were advertising.

This is not the best Shell location in my neighborhood which is unfortunate as it is conveniently located by the 401 ramp. The pumps are sometimes broken/under service. There is no entrance to the station from one side, on a major road which also becomes an inconvenience to navigate if in a rush. Prices are at par with Esso across the street.Car wash is often a disappointment. But conveniently located so that's a plus.

We went here to get some water bottles and coffee (ended up taking tea).Great location. We got a large pack of water bottles for the car. Tea was great as well. Were in and out in no time. The lady at the counter was great and very helpful.Decent parking space (pretty much like any other Shell).Definitely recommended

Just your typical gas station to be honest, they have a decent selection of fast food and beverages as well. The car wash is good as well

My mom fell yesterday in front of your car wash area which cost her to injure her neck and was on the floor for 20 mins struggling to wake up. She managed to wake up and went in the store telling the worker concerning what just occurred, she said nothing and just stared at her. The ambulance arrived and took her to the emergency department which she was there for 8 hours straight. I can’t believe this but anyway, you will hear from my lawyer!

I have seen dirty public washrooms but the one at this gas station topped everything. But the 1 star is not for it being dirty but for the attendant not caring about it. He simply said to go to Esso across from him if we didn’t like the service here.

Been waiting here for the past 10 minutes or so and there is no attendant. Extremely unprofessional.

ZERO Customer Service! Employee at cash was doing his own thing, hasn't acknowledged that he had a customer at the counter, didn't say a word or apologize for the wait. Ended up walking out of the store and went to the Esso across the street and gave them my business instead.Sept. 27th, 2020 (around 4pm) - Went to the car wash and the machine wasn't recognizing my Flex Pass for some reason. I spoke to the attendant over the intercom and he told me that he had a customer inside and could not do anything at the moment. He never came over to assist me so I ended up leaving. Another perfect example of POOR customer service. The owner/manager should seriously think about training their staff on customer service or hire new staff.Based on the previous reviews, A LOT of people have complaints about the lack of customer service" from the staff. CLEARLY

I waited 10 minutes in minus 20 degrees before I had to walk in and ask the girl to turn on the pump. To which she replied it's my fault that the pump was prepaid. Literally every week I have fueled up at the same pump for the last 4 years.Extremely unprofessional and rude. Get better staff members.
