Baeumler Approved

This review is in regards to a Baeumler Approved member - Interlock Metal Roofing. We contracted them to install an $80,000, lifetime warranty roof 6 years ago, which has leaked ever since and destroyed our home. They refuse to respond or react in the last 141 days.I reached out to Bryan's facebook page and was directed to their Baeumler Approved (BA from here forward) email to bring this to their attention. I sent a recap of our entire experience, including Interlock Metal Roofing - Ottawa's complete refusal to respond or address this situation. I was told that they take these situations seriously and would investigate, and asked for our engineer's report, which I forwarded immediately. After several days, I had no response.I followed up to ask if they needed any supporting evidence, photos, etc in order to remove Interlock's BA certification, and they didn't respond. After multiple follow ups, they once again assured me that they take these matters seriously and are investigating. Once again, I offered supporting evidence, and asked if they needed anything else from me. Once again, they didn't respond.After multiple follow ups again, and indicating that I would be naming BA on social media, they responded with essentially the same cookie cutter response; they take these matters seriously and are investigating. They tried to say that every company (Interlock) have off days and as long as they make an effort to resolve issues, BA won't remove their certification. I responded indicating that in over a hundred days, we have yet to have a response from Interlock. BA once again failed to respond or act.I asked BA for a concrete timeline and steps they're taking to investigate Interlock, and either pressure them to resolve this or lose their certification. After multiple requests for this, they continue to ignore me.It's my opinion that Baeumler Approved has very little interest in ensuring their member companies adhere to BA's code of conduct. I worry that others will continue to do business with Interlock or other member companies based on the Baeumler name that they trust Approving" them.Be advised that a Baeumler Approval doesn't mean they'll help you resolve any issue with their member companies.Having been a big fan of Bryan Baeumler and his family
