Canada Post

Idk the name of the lady that works here but I called 2 times about printing the shipping label and both times she confirmed she could do it, when I come into the store she very rudely says she can’t do it and that’s not what she said. It was just a simple question either answer would’ve been fine. She was throwing around packages too, very weird. I’d advise whoever is in charge to take a closer look.

The pharmacy is great, but Canada Post is terrible. Over two years and two dozen packages, they've given me wrong info, skipped paperwork, and generally been angry.

Absolute garbage Canada post. My package was shipped here instead of the two offices closer to me. Showed up 2 business days after they left me a message to come pick it up. Guy told me they didn't have it...Didn't tell me when to come back.There is no way I'm driving all the way back out there to waste my time. They can have the package.Would give them a five out of five if they could just send the package to one of the closer locations. Never going back here.

Best Canada post hands down. Denny and Vikrant are by far the most friendly, helpful and diligent post office employees I have come across. They are always polite and make sure that I choose the best options for my shipping. Thank you for being a great neighbourhood post office and bringing the community feel of a small town to a big city!

I was in this location and had horrible service from Vikrant. I mistakenly took in a pickup skip from last month because it was still in my mailbox. Besides just telling me that this was picked up he gave me a snarky comment and went on to educate me on the order of the months. I do not feel this was needed and it's not like I don't know my months. I just simply made a mistake with the slip. I definitely do not recommend this location if that is how customers are treated and the management doesn't know how to train people. Of Vikrant is the owner, then that's even worst because he's setting the example.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Vikrant was very patient. He carefully checked everything and taught me some things about my place in the process. Now, here's what gets the 10 stars, when - what I assumed was too late for them to process my order because it was already near store closing time - my heart started to race. Uh-oh, bigger issue here. But, Vikrant calmly served me patiently. Look folks, customer service & exceptional experience like what I experienced from Vikrant is far & few. As a shipper who has had my share of frustrations, I felt that I was not all alone here. Vikrant was super skilled, friendly & kind in which really helped me in enjoying the process of using Canada Post. Thanks Canada Post, you helped me find a diamond in the rough & I would always use Vikrant for all my shipping needs.

I had a wonderful experience today at this Canada Post office. I feel amazed with the customer service and professionalism that Vikrant Kalia provided for me. We need more people like him. They can simply make your day! Good luck Vikrant!

Incompetent staff, I have been waiting for 20 minutes well the three staff stand around doing nothing. There is a lineup out the door and I have seen a pile of people just up and leave. This is unacceptable.
