I love going to Cryotherapy. I’ll go twice a week usually. It's helped me with my muscle pain and spasms a lot. It also boosted my overall energy, and I slept much better at night. The place is spotless, and the service is excellent. Ramon is very respectful and is so helpful in finding the time for c appointments that works do them; his response to the client's inquiry is so prompt, and he is so knowledgeable about Cryotherapy.

One of the best places to go for Cryotherapy. Roman is professional and respectful when dealing with his clients. He is very accommodating. I originally decided to try it out due to back pain that would come and go over the years. Through weekly cryo sessions my pain stopped after a few weeks. I now continue to go for general wellness, and have added it to my weekly routine to maintain my health. I would recommend Cryotherapy to anyone, I believe it is an essential service to live a healthy life; and Roman is one of the best to go to for this service.

I’ve been doing cryotherapy with Roman for 6 years first of all Roman (Owner/Operator) is a Gentleman and a beautiful human being second of all cold therapy is amazing for recovery and minimizing pain and many other benefits.I do 4 to 6 sessions a month and it’s amazing !!

I highly recommend Cryotherapy Toronto. Very Clean and professional clinic that helps with numerous health and wellness concerns. I have been going for a month, 2 times a week, and already notice a significant improvement with allergies, inflammation, tension and overall mood/focus. Cryotherapy has been amazing for healing my mom's injuries from a car accident, fibromyalgia and depression. She's been getting therapy for over 2 years and she's notice a big difference in her mind and body. Very clean and friendly environment.
