I contacted Drainaway to resolve a backed-up main line. Owner (Cary) was very friendly over the phone and was able to set up an appointment the next day. The plumber (Mark) was also very friendly and knowledgeable and honest. Neither of them tried to upsell some fancy service like other plumbing companies and their rates were very reasonable. Mark also gave some helpful tips but in no way pressured me to buy anything. I cannot stress how professional both individuals were. Prices were very fair as well. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had an issue in my condo with a leak that had spread to the apartment below me. I had asked around for a recommendation on who to contact regarding this situation. I was given the name DRAIN AWAY and was pleasantly surprised from the moment I met Cary Foote (the owner), not only did he revise his schedule to come and look at the problem right away, he left to purchase specific items that he thought would be better suited for this plumbing job. I don't know many people that would work so diligently to try to keep the cost(s) down and make sure the customer was happy. I do not usually leave reviews but in this case I wanted to spread the word that there are actually people out there that have your best interest at heart. I will definitely be using DRAIN AWAY in the future and have no problem recommending them to my family and friends.
