honestly I hate complaining. I like to be fair. I live in the area, and grab food and coffee often, out of convenience. no word of a lie, they have not once got My order right. every literal time something is wrong

I ordered a steeped tea with 2 milk 2 sugar and not only was my tea COLD there was NO sugar in it. I also ordered 2 smile cookies and they were both almost completely RAW. I spent 15 minutes in the drive thru to have nothing but disappointment brought on first thing in the morning. If your staff cant do their job properly maybe you should either train them properly or find new staff that cares!

Clearly whoever made my bagel today doesn't care about there job. Simply Lazy this is supposed to be double toasted and i don't think this is how you put cream cheese on a bagel

I couldn't be more clear about my order - 2 bagels toasted no butter with bacon - drive all the way home - 2 bagels with butter NO bacon??I went back and the order was corrected but it bothered me that there were no real words of apology. I was very understanding of the mistake but in customer service something should be done to make the customer feel better. The woman rolled her eyes when I suggested double bacon!! I spent lots of money at this location but I won't be back!! This isn't the first time they have messed up but I didn't complain because it is a hard job at minimum wage but to be selfish I'm a paying customer. I done.

Never again! I have given this place many many chances and the benefit of the doubt (will not go in to details of previous visits) however todays terrible experience was the straw that broke the camels back.Ordered two coffees, a bagel and a Tim’s select sandwich. Got to the window and the girl passed us a coffee with a lid that was not secured properly. My husband took from the girl and upon passing to me, the lid popped off and coffee went everywhere in our vehicle as well as all over my sleeve of my fleece jacket. The part that is infuriating the most, is the fact that the girl witnessed the whole thing, never said sorry or even offered napkins for us to clean up. We had to ask for them. We then pull away and I opened the bag of food which did not have the Tims select we ordered, it had another kind of sandwich.We now need to spend $50 plus to get the car detailed due to the fact the coffee is in all the cracks of the centre console. Needless to say we will not be visiting this location ever again. If the employee had offered napkins and an apology, that probably would have lessened my anger, but as I mentioned this is not the first bad customer experience we’ve had here.

They were able to get more staff. The wait time has gone from 12 minutes down to under a minute. Congratulations!! Keep up the great work.Always enjoy my Ice Capp, bagel and muffins.

I just went to there through drive through and I ordered for croissant with heated and butter steap tea and tim beats and when i went to the window for my order they give me baggleSo i told i asked for croissant not baggle they took the baggle back and give me croissant which was not heated just butter was added. I waited and tried to call them but they didn’t even responded me back.

They have almost none of the products they display on the menu, and somehow they still take 20 minutes to make a coffee ? Then we get the coffee and the donut and they are in terrible shape - the coffee has spilled all over itself, dripping everywhere, and the donut is a MESS (half mangled).This is the worst tims experience we’ve ever had.
