Mr. Lube + Tires

Thank you for an amazing experience, on an otherwise stressful day. Customer Service was amazing, from the initial greeting, thru the service process, to sending me on my way a very satisfied customer. Colin and Ted were friendly and efficient, with amazing work ethics. Thank you from a new customer who will be returning.

Reza was extremely helpful especially considering it was my first time going in for an oil change. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure I fully understood how everything worked, and how to know when something needs to be changed/doesn’t need to be changed or fixed. He was helpful and kind and it was a wonderful experience!! Would 100% recommend :)

I had my oil change there for the second time and I was very pleased with the customer service there . They are nice and engaging, professional. And recently I got a nail in the tire so I went there and got it fixed under 30 minutes. They were helpful and got it done. I believe the guy name was Chad that was taking care of me , he was excellent!!

One of the worst experiences we've had in a while. DO NOT use this Mr Lube. The Manager" Paulo Soars speaks to my wife in a very condescending way and was extremely rude. He must rather keep to just changing tires and Oil and let someone else speak to the customers. I do not get why these people think they can treat you like garbage when you pay them for a service. Unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't have the time to go some place else. I will NEVER go to this place again!"

These guys either don't know what they're doing, or their attention to detail is horrible. I went here for an oil change a few weeks ago because I was in a rush. Everything seemed fine, until I noticed oil stains on my driveway. I look under my car and there is oil all over the undercarriage and literally dripping from the oil pan.If you value your vehicle, I would suggest you take it elsewhere. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

Given them a few chances now. Always something with them, turn over, etc. not sure why they can't get it together. I get its easier, faster, etc. then traditional mechanic shops but for sure more frustrating dealing with Mr. Lube. Its a pain to book appointments for traditional mechanics but quality of work is much better. Seems like Mr. Lube is a training ground and any of their good techs leave for better opportunities.
