WORST LCBO BRANCH!!!! The young guy and the lady cashiers give the worst customer service ever! They ask for passport and dont even want to accept a soft copy! The hell!! We are in 2023!!! In fact I'm just buying it to treat my sister and she is with me and do have her ID!!!! Its really nonsense!!!!

Enjoyed my experience at this particular LCBO ! It’s quaint, cozy and ideal for walkers like myself. It’s a hop, skip and jump from my home and the staff at this location are extremely friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable.This LCBO is a hidden GEM and love shopping here ! I always find what I’m looking for !Thanks LCBO for local downtown home feeling !

Jane and finch mall at the corner at Jane and finch carries a wide variety of stores and a super size fitness gym that opens 24 hrs open at 9 and closes to 9 on week days and Saturdays 9 to 6 and Sundays 9 to5 .. it's safe shop at Jane and finch mall where u get good deals for your money

Most of the time , I have to tell them I have aeroplan , even though they're supposed to ask and of course today I spent a bit more than usual and forgot to say I have it , and the cashier didn't even ask. Even though they're supposed to and I'm a somewhat regular so they know I collect and still never even said anything. So if you collect the aeroplan points , make sure you remember to tell them and give them your number because they WILL NOT ask you about it .

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We were falsely alleged of buying alcohol for underage however we all were adults and the naive cashier asked us for all of us IDs even though only one of us was buying the wine and the reason she did this was cus she overheard our talks which were literally normal talks and were in another language and it is totally the invasion of our privacy. We were literally shocked and would never step into this LCBO. Buying alcohol there is just an example in floccinaucinihilipilification.

It's a very nice and quiet place. It's very small and in a very bad area. However, it's a really good place if you don't like crowds of people.
