I can't even use the atm in the morning cause there's usually someone sleeping inside right where the atm machines are. If he's a security guard then he definitely is sleeping on the job. Not a safe location for doing banking in the morning.

Saturday 10:30am, went to this branch to use ATM...CLOSED SATURDAY & CLOSED SUNDAY. No access to ATM machine during the weekend. WHAT ?????

How are you as one of the largest banks in Canada permitting access to the ABM at 5:30pm. Do people not need access to their finances outside of this time? Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor service, arrogantly treated, branch badly need new manager.I received settlement cheque from the insurance company. It was compensation for stolen car.The cheque was payable to 2 parties, My name and bank as well to cover balance of the loan.Bank immediately cover the balance of the loan (so prove of now hold) but my portion about 50%disappear.It doesn't show on the account !! ( My account has no holds)All I'm getting is the stone walls of the answering machines with happy voices.Now I understand why this branch need security guard at the front door.

Avoid this bank as much as you can ! ABM hours paper on the doors and online it says it gonna open by 8;30 am but it was locked until 9:30 am , So many people were waiting outside it looks like this location doesn’t care about anyone’s time !

First of all, Your Customer Service over the phone is horrible. They don't understand English at all. They don't know how to book an appointment and sent its confirmation on email. Anyhow after 2 attempts I got an appointment in your 1825 Dundas Street Branch with Karan Tarika. He made the things way more worst, Who made him Financial Advisor. He doesn't know how to apply a credit card even. Instead of having the job done, he hit my credit score twice by credit check and still left my application pending which wasted my two working days. Being so frustrated, I called your customer service again to fix another appointment with another branch, which she hardly understand the WORD CREDIT CARD" Keep on Saying "Apply for a LOAN". You're not going to believe this ... They have ATM hours. Instead of outside having a card reader outside to gain access. The hours to access your own money cash is limited to their hours.
