Recommended for fingerprinting. The lady who took our fingerprints was very patient and carefully took all the fingerprints. The entire process was very professionally handled.

Amazing place and customer experience. They close at 4pm on Sundays, however they stayed open for an extra hour as my bus was incredibly late. The owner also shared with me some personal anecdotes about the history of Indians in Canada. All very insightful and very warm people who really care for their customers. Would 100000% recommend this place :) Didn't think a simple fingerprinting activity would be so enjoyable haha.

Si necesitas la impresión de tus huellas digitales para algún trámite migratorio , te recomiendo llamar a este lugar y agendar una cita, comenzando porque es un lugar acreditado para este tipo de trámites, el personal que te atiende es muy amable y te explica desde que llamas por teléfono para agendar tu cita los requisitos que tienes que cumplir para obtener la impresión de tus huellas digitales acorde con los protocolos de migración (entre otros). Son muy puntuales cuando llegas a la cita, actualmente con la contingencia sanitaria tienen protocolos muy buenos para protegerte y protegerse, en todo momento te informan de los procedimientos a realizar y su costo. Debes de tener en cuenta que algunas veces tomara un poco mas de tiempo (mas de los normal) ya que el gel antibacterial dificulta un poco el proceso pero ellos te diran que hacer para que todo salga en orden y de acuerdo a los estándares requeridos. Considera llevar tiempo para tu cita y lograr óptimos resultados. Tuve una experiencia muy grata con el servicio y lo recomiendo ampliamente.Saludos!

There's no appointment needed. Friendly environment. It took me less than 15 minutes to complete my visit to this place. It is RCMP certified, and I highly recommend this place for all your fingerprint needs.

Great place for fingerprinting services. I have used their services a couple of times and have never had any issues. They are quick and precise and the best part is they are open 7 days a week.

Got my fingerprints taken for the FBI form. The service was quick and easy, however not all services were provided as stated on their site. The agent that attended me was well informed of the process, from fingerprinting to form and online completion as well as delivery via mail. Unfortunately, once I arrived home to start the process of delivery, I found the form had mistakes... What is the point of providing many forms of identification if they will just input the wrong information in the system? I called them over what can be done, but was told it can't be undone and I will need to pay again for another form (a reduction of the price was offered...no thanks). Thankfully, I emailed the FBI Division if I could fix the errors on my own, which they said yes using whiteout very carefully (delayed everything as I needed to hear back during business hours). Again, it was quick and easy just double check information and don't assume their input format, always ask questions. My fingerprint result was a success and certification was sent to me. I really like their service. They are quick and very customer friendly. During this time pandemic, they are taking more than standard precautions, considering the safety of all those going there. Also, I got a free re-usable mask from them.
