Always have a great time shopping at McNaughtons home hardware, all the supplies for my house addition came from there. From Ayden designing the kitchen ordering cabinets, Jennifer for flooring, Fern for appliances. To the guys that work in the yard. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their respective fields.

Excellent customer service. Well stocked lumber department.Still worth the drive. Nice to see gardening supplies out. Can't wait to start the 2023 vegetable garden.A visit today was awesome. Dorothy in paint and Dave in lumber were so helpful.If I opened a Home Hardware store I'd hire both of them no matter the cost.Customer service is alive and well at McNaughtons Home Hardware.

very clean well-kept store. large stock on hand with many hard to find rural type item's good location and access in the four county area. frindly staff. many other onsite services wine and liquor store

This is the epitome of one stop shopping!! My biggest beef with the store has always been the chatting among staff. This has gotten better since the stores new ownership a while ago.

We recently built a new home and dealt strictly with McNaughtons Home Hardware in Newbury for all of our building materials inside and out. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience with their customer service, they go above and beyond expectations. We dealt with Jen Jones for the majority of our supplies, the service was second to none and the communication was fantastic. We would definitely recommend dealing with McNaughtons Home Hardware!!!

We purchased flooring for are hole house plus a reno we were doing,and had a kitchen done as well. The floor was alot of back and forth to figure out the final prices and the installation dates, that changed multiple times.The kitchen was another issue, after lots of emails back and forth we landed on a product that was said to be good. They final came to install and didn't bring all the hardware, then had 4 door that were cracked and had to be sent back plus hardware that was no good. Couple weeks later they come back with replacement and they are cracked. After at least 4 visits with 4 different contractor they are saying it's done, we haven't signed anything and now they want to get the rest of there money when things are still not complete. O ya they're sales lady came to are house and said you bought cheap what did you expect. It's a shame but I strongly recommend going somewhere else, quality and customer service don't seem to matter once its ( installed)We are very disappointed in the kitchen and will probably have to replace with in 5 years, waste of money.

I was told how good this place is. As I have a lot of renovations to do, and a lot of timber to buy. I thought that I would try a small order with them. I'm glad that it was only a small order. As it was 6pm they just put them into the back of my van. what a surprise to see these 2 that I just can't use at all. I told the man at the counter exactly what I needed them for. To return these 2 lengths of wood wouldn't be worthwhile ($5.58 for both). Unfortunately, you lost my business before it began

Kitchen buyer beware! The quality of cabinets is absolutely horrible! I have had this 20k plus kitchen for less then 3 years and the paint is wore off on virtually every cabinet I had a large drawer fall off the bracket and won’t close now at all, terrible quality and they will not come to fix it!

You will always find someone who wants to help and free popcorn while you shop! Renew your licence, buy some liquor, pick up a gun, get some tools and withdraw some cash at the RBC atm all under one roof LOL. No complaints!
