I ordered some AED training pads in late May and due to supply chain issues I finally received the shipment in late November. Although I had to wait a long time I was updated regularly from their end. Andre and Alexander from First Edition First Aid Training treated me with respect and courtesy. I could have removed my order and gotten a refund but because of their professional behavior I decided to patiently wait until the backorder had been received. Maxine was an excellent instructor. She communicated what was in the instruction booklet but also supplimented the lesson with her real world experience. I got a lot out of the course and I was lucky to have such a wonderful instructor like Maxine. 5 stars. Thank you Maxine.
