It's fine if you just want to put gas. Do not wash your car here. The car wash was not synced properly. And even when I showed the staff that there is still soap and dirt in the car and they saw in CCTV the machine was not synced, they refuse to refund or give another wash and they will just blame the customer.

I didn't want complain but I'm so mad now because I came out of carcass and see still dirty like it just rinse and wasn't ultimate .I paid over $16 and some change for it .I also after I see didn't clean it as supposed to I walk around the car and see both side of my car paint damaged and shows the sign of rotation of clothes and the car... as prove I will to post photo as well I just hope it's going visible as what I see in this pictures... very bad shell customer service and rude worker there . I living just two minutes from this shell for over 20 years and we all my family going there two three time a weeks but I will talk to them to stop going there anymore. It's not worthy to deal with rude worker's ( no English speaking ) and the broken car wash to damages our car paint ....P.s please please look at those positive reviews names ..you will find out they're relative and friends of worker there or they're the same lands man . It seems everybody has some issue with this location and shell even do t bother fix those problems.... bad shell ,bad shell

I came to pump gas , I picked up the nozzle pressed the 87 button but it didn't workI turn around and see the gas station attendant is present he is just standing there staring at me not wanting to acknowledge the fuelingIt wasnt night time this was the afternoonThe attendant came on the speaker and started yelling at me after as if it's my fault it's not working .Why would u cause a conflict instead of giving advice how to restart nozzle. Terrible customer service experience

Not the best carwash. It used to be much better but quality deteriorated in the past few years.At the pump: most paper towel dispensers were empty. Well lit and clean outside.

It’s only 10:34 PM and they lock the doors. Came all the way out here for a slushie which I would prefer to dispense myself. Only because it’s a female staff. Never had this issue before with male staff. 11:30 and doors usually unlocked.

went to purchase some snacks and asked for a bag, the manager said they don’t carry any bags but i know that’s not true because i regularly come to this location. he would refuse to give me a bag and ended up cursing at me so i got my refund and left, worst gas station i have ever been to, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff! first I preauthorize $100 on my credit card at the pump and somehow the pump doesn’t work, so I drove to the next gas pump and everything went smoothly. However I saw my credit card got charged an amount that’s not mine. I went into the store and the staff guy said I can’t refund this, it’s a pre-authorize payment and you have to deal with bank and asked me to step away and takes the next customer. I lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years and this is not my first time going to this gas station. However, I won’t be visiting this gas station ever again!

Worst shell I've been to. Car wash sign says touchless" then you buy it

Went in to collect my scratch card winnings. My kid was waiting for me in the car. I come to the counter and the attending work moves with out any haste. He looks at me and after a minute decides to pick up the scratch card. He then tosses it back telling me to scratch it. I said they usually have a little thing at the counter they can use to scan it. He tells me to use my keys. I told him to stop waisting my time and cash in my ticket my kids waiting for me. They tell me then I SHOULDN’T BUY A SCRATCH CARD and refused to take cash in the card. We exchanged some foul words and I said I’d call there manager and he tried taking a picture of my car after with what right?

Ali just tried to charge me $30 for the jumper cables that cost $20.99 and told me there was nothing he could do as he peeled the sticker off and threw it in the garbage claiming a promotion just ended today that he magically determined.Very great staff you have here, did they all get their gas station attendant certificate? Or are they from the side of the road.Should I also mention the fire at pump 1 that almost took out the Yonge and Silverwood intersection. You should explain that as well in your response to this comment directing me to your corporate website.What a joke.
