I did not know that having a dui or even a simple reckless driving would prevent me for entering Canada. I was denied entry at the Canadian border and when I researched I found KLM Immigration who resolved all my issues very quickly even if I was still on probation. They prepared an expedited TRP. This temporary resident permit was basically a letter of approval from the Canadian consulate and I was able to travel for work as well as on an Alaskan cruise. I was super happy with the responsiveness of the attorney and quality of work. Every time I called or emailed I always spoke to an attorney and not a paralegal or an employee like a secretary. By far the best experience.

After years of accepting that I wasn't allowed to enter Canada, plus a failed attempt at fixing it myself, KLM finally helped me get it permanently cleared. I had a very frustrating occurrence in the United States, and needed to apply for a TRP for entry into Canada. Upon my initial phone call inquiry at KLM, Marina Manukhin was immediately available to take my phone call. Then, Marina walked me through the application / approval process.
