We had interviewed a number of Pool Companies before meeting Lorenzo from All Star Pools and within a few minutes knew that we had the right person for our project. Lorenzo explained everything so we could understand and he followed up on every detail. If we had a question he would return a call so quickly. From the moment you make the decision to build a pool until completion the journey can be daunting. Luckily for use we were given a recommendation from a friend to contact Lorenzo. Best choice we could have made, he walked us through every step, informing us of pros and cons of design decisions, worked along side us during construction when there were portions we could look after such as site excavation(my husbands skill set) and facilitated excellent connections with other trades such as stone and concrete work. Both Lorenzo and Meghan always took the time to answer all our questions with a smile and having them on-site was always a pleasure. They showed up each and every time they said they would and were wonderful contractors to have on site because they cleaned up behind themselves leaving the site as they found it or better. We give them five stars all day long, and cannot thank them enough for helping us create our dream backyard. These are the type of folks we will be inviting back to our home to share a drink with by our pool this summer.

Lorenzo is a master at his craft and we are thrilled with the end product of our inground pool. His attention to detail ensured that everything went off without a hitch and was completed to perfection. The pool looks like it was always in our backyard and we are loving it!

Lorenzo and the team are amazing! The Pool turned up and was installed right on schedule and the install went very well. The pool has been amazing and has made our summer perfect! Lorenzo and Megan of All-Star pools are the best. Out of all the work I have had done on my place in the last few years, none comes with a higher recommendation than the work that Lorenzo and Megan did in making my pool dream come to life. We have a relatively small yard, in a town that doesn't really like swimming pools as evidenced by their bylaws - but throughout the process of conception, to design, to completion, Megan and Lorenzo were there. Whether it was working on jumping through the hoops to get the building permit (included a legal letter from an engineer certifying the quality of the pool!), helping us with the design (we had no idea what we were doing beyond size), and working with us despite us being out of their area, I can honestly say I am beyond thrilled.It doesn't stop there though, the support that Lorenzo and Megan have provided has meant that I have gone from knowing nothing about pool ownership and maintenance to being confident in keeping my chemicals balanced and my pool operating effectively - knowing that if I ever get stuck, they are just a phone call away.Because of their dedication I was able to begin swimming in August, and my family and I were still swimming in gorgeous 32 degree water throughout the winter. Not a week goes by that we don't swim at least twice. Our pool is small, but efficient, costing me only an addition $40/month to keep it heated to 32 degrees - which truly means we can enjoy it all year round!!Thanks Lorenzo and Megan for making our swimming dreams come true!!

We were so lucky to connect with Lorenzo when we did! They say some things are just meant to be and that’s certainly been the case for us with All Star Pools and Lorenzo and Megan’s incredible customer service. From day one, Lorenzo was courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly honest - and we can’t say enough about the responsiveness of he and Megan! No matter when we reached out, they have always been quick to reply, even when they were busy on other jobs and out of cell service areas.We were supported every step of the way, from yard prep work right up to install day.
