I recently bought a Sony Bravia TV from Visions. The shop representative, Mr George Chaplin provided me with valuable suggestions on the purchase and helped me take the right decision based on the specifications and my requirements. The process was fast and George was patient and responsive throughout. Highly recommend meeting George if you are in this store.Product prices were competitive and even a few dollars less than Amazon or Best Buy. Good experience overall.

Just purchased a Hisence portable AC unit from Visions on Marine Drive. Amazing salesman named George Chaplin helped guide me through selecting the right model for my apartment, and resolved the window issues I was facing with some great solutions I wouldn't have dreamed of. George's wisdom and decades if product knowledge and sales experience was such a bonus for me. So much nicer to deal with a seasoned salesman, than many of the younger folks I have to deal with who have no idea what they are talking about these days. George was my salesperson, very knowledgeable, he mentioned over 40 years in the business, I was looking for a 4K 55' TV he found my budget and what I was looking for in name brands and instead of trying to upsale me to a higher price TV out of my budget, he pointed me towards a nice 70' RCA 4K TV within my budget.He let me know me know about in home extended warranty on this brand and broke it down to a per month cost. He answered all my questions and treated me like I was spending more than I was. Its my second purchase from Visions Vancouver Store and will be my preferred store for future purchases.

I don’t often write reviews, however, I feel compelled to do so this time. I was recently purchasing a large-screen TV on behalf of my daughter and the service provided by George Chaplin was simply outstanding. George offered me a number of options both via e-mail and in person, always making himself availableand answering questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. ‘Customer service’ is George’s calling card and he delivered as promised. If in the market for a new TV and/or other electronics, I highly recommend George as your ‘go-to’ advisor/salesperson. You won’t be disappointed.

I needed 3 TVs delivered and installed on very short notice. The entire team at Visions worked together to have all items delivered and installed in my home within 48 hours. George was a pleasure to work with in making my purchases, and Ken showed up on time, and quickly and professionally installed all of the pieces. The also matched the competitive prices I had seen in the market. Absolutely recommend working with Visions, they will be my only tech provider moving forward.

Terrible customer service, (Burnaby location) READ BEFORE SHOPPING. I was lied to by management about the extended warranty program was told it covers all damages and tv is replaced in 1-2 days just “bring it in”. The repair company supplied by visions no showed to the appointment and was late to next appointment by 3 hours. 4 months later repair company deemed it physical damage was finally told the warranty would not cover physical damage when it was promised to me at checkout. Never purchase any extended warranty through visions regardless what management promises. They had lied to make a commission. I personally will not buy any more products. BEST BUY will price match and has a way better customer service division I recommend taking your business there.

He is quite knowledgeable and will not try to upsell. He will put in the work to find you the best product for your needs and budget. If you go to Visions, you should definitely work with George.

Excellent service from George Chaplin from start to finish. Knows the products, finds the best deal for the money you can spend and works with you to figure out all the angles. I had my new TV installed on the wall. The service tech was excellent, polite, and knowledgeable and installed the new TV beautifully without issue. I will definitely be returning for any new purchases
