Heartland called me promptly and politely to inform of my order being ready. My main contact however was Madhea over the customer support line. She was able to find items not appearing on their website. She also was quick to respond over email. FTD loses a ⭐️ for a website that doesn't show all their inventory. A better website will actually improve your sales and customer base. All in all worth doing business with!

Staff there are really helpful and very patient. They have huge collection in the store.It is recommended to go through the wide range of products online first. Pick the product codes which ever you like then visit the store. They will show you physical samples.There are huge number of tiles and mosaic samples available for customer glued to mdf boards, which are heavy and stacked. It is not that easy to go through all of those for the customer to come to decision at once.

Great service, good selection. Samples were supplied to bring back home and decide.Ordered 12x24 tiles and pickup is by their back service door.We ordered incorrect tiles and customer service is excellent. We were able to return and pickup desired tiles. Done.Thanks to all including Hailey and Roger who helped load vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Syamli was patient with me as I picked out wall and floor tile for our bathroom renovation. From the time I walked in the store, to the pick up of the tiles, everyone was efficient and helpful.

Great variety of tile. It came on time and I was promptly informed it was ready for pick up. Wonderful customer service from front desk to the person on the warehouse that was amicable, professional and also helped me to load my car with a big smile. He made my day as was kind, engaging and willing to help. The way he treated me left me with a good feeling closing the purchase.Regarding the countertops, after leaving the kitchen measurements to sales representatives they told me somebody would call me for an estimate, but nobody called. Maybe because countertops involve a 3rd party.

Factory Tile is my go to place for tile. Fantastic selection, friendly staff and very short turn around on orders. This year, we purchased floor tile for our cottage, backsplash tiles and stacked stone for our fireplace. Prices were all very competitive. I ran short on some floor tile and had the required quantity in a day (so my tile setter could keep working!). I am ver pleased with all aspects on my interactions with the teams at both the Heartland and Oakville locations.

Over the years, we have used Factory Tile for many projects at Chrysalis Construction Inc. in Burlington, Ontario and have always been pleased with the customer service we have received. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they carry and very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend for both contractors and individuals doing their own renovations.
