I dealt with Keven, and his is very great to work with. Very knowledgeable and do what he says. I didn’t wait long to have the work done, and he’s right about the two-step style eavestrough, it does look a bit more modern and matches with the exterior of my house. Great work!

THE WORST COMPANY. They will force you into a contract and make you sign on the spot so that they can take advantage of homeowners. BUYER BEWARE. Once you enter into a contract, they will complete the work fast and leave you with a bill and/or send you to collections for more than the original quoted price. Ontario residents, PLEASE AVOID.The job they did lacked quality and was double the price as other eavestrough companies. Please feel free to message me should you have any questions concerning this company as I was left with an unfinished job (cracking eavestrough) and was very disappointed. They are not professional and are quite malicious as they lie about their quality of work and service (see photos attached). I will be flagging this company via the BBB and hope they are condemned soon as they prey on new homeowners (I literally moved in and the next day I had someone knocking on my door forcing me into a contract and when I called him a few days later to cancel the contract, he pretended to have not received the voicemail) These crooks should no longer be in business. Let's put them out of business together!!

Impact did a fantastic job installing my eavestroughs. Dan was an eager and responsive negotiator and his team was at my home within a week of taking my deposit. Alex completed the work quickly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for new eavestroughs. Great work, guys!

Dan is a great businessman and fair in negotiation, he is very polite and has a positive vibe, his team showed up a couple of days after signing the contract to install the eavestrough , they did a seamless job in 2 hrs, I highly recommend Dan & his company

Showed up on time, very professional and gave a great quote. The work was completed within an appropriate timeframe, and we're very happy with the product. Would absolutely recommend/use again!

Absolutely the worst company. They are very unprofessional and will complete work with cheap low quality materials. They prefer new build homes as it is easier for them to install and will charge you outrageous prices and then threaten court action or collections before you even have time to blink! Do your due diligence and do NOT sign on the spot. The owner Dan will try and convince you with a fake smile but make sure you take your time and research other companies which will charge far less.Please note a class action lawsuit is currently being filed in the Kanata/Stittsville and surrounding communities for illegal business practices committed by Impact Eavestroughing.

Dan is a great man. His team showed up to install the gutters a couple of days after signing the contract. His team completed the job within a day. Clean job and fast. If you require straight forward person call and ask for Dan.

EDIT: Following Dan’s response, he reached out to me and we had a long discussion. He is an amazing owner and very humble! He apologized for everything and really took the time to listen to us. He fixed the whole situation, vowed to speak to the employee in question and we couldn’t be happier. After speaking with him, I definitely recommend as he’s an amazing owner and you’re paying into a business run by good people. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to speak with us. We are satisfied with the solution you provided!ORIGINAL REVIEW:Salespeople are nice. However, work is done well the finance lady or the accountant is very rude, disrespectful and has no manners. We had a misunderstanding and she yells at you, talks down to you and hands up on you. She’s very hostile. The company itself and the salespeople are nice but I’m giving a one star because that accountant was disgustingly rude and I wouldn’t recommend.

They are quick to do the job and complete according to schedule but don’t expect any customer service at all. I have reached out since June 2022, exactly over 1 year now, to fix / replace the deformed downspout. Dan agreed but never showed up, and don’t reply to text messages. I’ve waited one year to finally write this review. The work itself is standard, any Eavestroughing company can so the same, Impact was a bit better with the delivery date but not very satisfied with their lack of customer service. I would not recommend this companyto friends or neighbours.*****Update: certain you are aware it is not a fake review since we spoke on the phone. Appreciate the clarification but the downspouts are still not replaced yet.
