I got in very quickly and I so appreciated that I actually felt heard and confident that Chung and I were on the same page with my hair style goals. I've had both cut & color done here & I would not go anywhere else after discovering this salon. Looking forward to my next visit

What a great experience! I booked an appointment after getting no service at Escada and I'm so happy to have discovered this salon! My appointment was with Chung and she was absolutely fantastic. She gave me such a chic bob after I cut my hair myself and we both laughed about it. I found a new stylist that I will be continually going to from now on. What a wonderful salon!

I went to this salon a few months back due to its many good reviews. I wanted a trim without losing any length as I am growing out my hair. Chung cut my hair without it losing its length and she left it looking extremely healthy. I was so happy with the result! I definitely recommend coming here for the hair styling because I got what I asked for, and it is rare to get that at salons. Will definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Chung and the staff are sincerely some of the very nicest people I've ever met, and their work is top tier! They are friendly, professional, knowledgable, and all around just plain wonderful. I have been coming here for pedicures and haircuts for only a few months, but I will definitely be coming back again and again from now on. If I were you, I wouldn't hesitate to book your appointment - do it! You won't regret it!

I got my hair done ( cut and colour )by Christy and she did a great job. Before we even started she went through pictures with me and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She quoted me a price right at the beginning which was really nice. She made the stay extremely comfortable and was very nice. Found myself a new hairdresser!

My first time going here, Theresa was my hair stylist. I was very pleased with the genuine client care the staff delivers a warm welcome upon entering & utmost care throughout my experience there. As for the hair service, I was pleasantly pleased with the partial highlights that blended perfectly with my balayage.I will definitely be returning to experience their other spa treatments.I will confidently recommend this salon & spa to my friends and family.

Highly recommend!! BFF day...took my daughter and her bestie for their first colour and it turned out spectacular!! Trinity, Shanel, Tracy & Christie were so good with them!! Kudos ladies truly a gem!! Thank you!!

I have been bringing in my kids for about 10 monts..... every time I come the price gets raised?!?! Three months ago I was told that's what I will be paying from now on! So today when my girls were done I went to the front to pay they raised the price up by 20 dollars. When I had asked why the girl working front desk she said that's because one of the kids have longer hair!? And it takes longer for her. Then the owner or manager approached me and said I was quoted wrong from my stylist. Long story short I felt that the way they handled the situation was unprofessional. I paid the extra money lost good business! Me and my three girls are looking for a new place that's fair and honest people! We honestly love our stylist! She's amazing so patient with my little one. I feel bad I could not tip her!
