Reliable Parts
This store is one of the worst stores in Edmonton for parts. I needed a light bulb for my Fridge. Reliable Parts Store does not stock this light bulb for a Muffet Fridge bought from Leon’s. So I then had to order the bulb from B. C. At a cost of $18.90 for the bulb & $10.95 shipping $ 1.50 GST ,totalling $31.35 for the smallest bulb on this planet. My question to Reliable Parts was why & I was told they just do not stock that part. Yet their store is not small so this just makes no sense.Just putting it out their for anyone in the same dilemma. Just so disappointed.

Pretty consistent customer service as the other reviews; unpleasant, grumpy staff. But that's ok with me. Im not looking for smiling faces, I needed a part which they had in stock. However, after purchase, I found out that it was the wrong part but they couldn't return it because it is an install" part. I mean

I ordered parts online and went in the next day to pick them up. The one staff member with a long white beard was one of the rudest people I have had to deal with in a parts store in a long time. Was completely unhelpful, told me my order wasn't ready. I came back later and another person was much more helpful. I found out my order back ordered and wouldn't be available for 2 weeks.The online order system should do a better job of showing what is ordered and time frames for pickup. I will likely go with Amre Supply next time instead.

I would highly recommend heading here for any of your parts needs. I walked in holding an old bearing from my dryer, right away the gentlemen sitting updating knew my dryers model and the part number I needed. The store is clean, well lit and the service staff and very friendly.

Big boy behind the counter is a terrible Sales guy. The girl on the phone when I called was great but this guy when I went to get my part couldn't even look me in the eyes, Sat there and looked like he was just there to collect the paycheck and then wanted to more than he had to. Got my part but will be looking for another Is store to deal with in the future.

Unfriendly sales person behind the counter! Had him twice- I can't believe that people like that are employed! Sure he scares away a lot of customers! I'm not the first and not the only one complaining as I read the reviews... how you can make it right? Teach your employees to be always friendly with a smile and looking customers in the eyes.. or put them to work in the back... where no customers contact is needed...simple solution
