They are the best. I accidentally stepped on fresh white street paint with my German trainers and they managed to removed almost all the paint off, and for a very good price. Highly recommend!!

Dropped off some very expensive shoes to have Vibram soles put on. Not only were the soles perfectly applied - but they are experienced and knowledgeable enough that they didn't use any polishing or cleaning product on the Culatta leather even without me clarifying. Will be back soon, highly recommended.

Prices are on par with any shoe repair in the area. Went in to ask about price for adding sole protectors at bottom of my designer shoes. Not in a rush so shopping around to see how prices are.Vietnamese man and women (maybe owners?) were rushing me. They both started talking in Vietnamese about me IN FRONT of me. Saying how much I spent on shoes and why I was being so particular. I found that to be so rude.I might have gotten my shoes there but because of how they behaved I just left. I will take my business elsewhere.Tip: Don’t gossip in front of people, especially in another language. You never know who understands.

I’ve only had two pairs of shoes fixed here, but both times I’ve left impressed. Years ago they saved a pair of Allen Edmonds I’d let wear through the leather sole. This week I dropped off new boots (Wolverine 1000 Mile) that I wanted a half-sole added to, and they not only did a flawless job but had them ready for me in a day. The same couple has been there for years, and their pleasant attitude and knowledge makes me feel confident leaving expensive or irreplaceable items with them.

I explicitly asked them to fully remove the sole of my shoes and reglue them with contact cement, instead, they only reglued the parts that were already detached, putting more stress on the parts with old glue, causing said old to detach. Although they were professional, the service was a waste of time.

For $50.00, the gentleman put black leather on top of my footbed (Birks) that had a big crack as was discussed. He also sealed & glued where the integrity was lacking. They were ready for pick up in a week. Thank-you! Peace.

They restored my very worn and well-loved birkenstocks to be like new- including reinforcing where I had worn through the cork, replacing the sole, and making them feel brand new. All within 1 week.
