Integrated Home Systems

This is my second home where IHS has been involved in the installation of home electronics and wiring. I found them to be highly knowledgeable and the installation crew neat and tidy. They have good ideas and also provide cost effective options.IHS is also experienced with the installation and programming of the Control 4 home automation system. They are always willing to help with training and answering questions.

I wanted to update my home theatre system to 4k-UHD. Decided to go with Integrated Home Systems as I wanted to keep the business in Sherwood Park. (also a resident) Dil had put together a reasonable package that I had purchased a few months ago. Just recently had some issues with the receiver. Dil followed up on a regular basis to make sure this issue was resolved in a timely manner. It was resolved quickly. Great customer service!!

Terrible terrible!! We’ve been living in our house for 2 years (newly built) and the balun (extender) stopped working so now we can’t use anything that’s connected. If you’re building a house or doing renovation or anythin, DO NOT USE THEM! It’ll cost $600 plus $100/hr for them to “fix” their failed product.

I don't recommend IHS to anyone. They don't know what are doing. I had walk though and discuss the camera points and ceiling speaker location. As discussed, they forgot to communicate with Electrician and no powder plug was put and they had to rip the wall apart and do that later and many trade workers was coming one after another to resolve the issue. They forgot to pull the wire for my basement speaker and they were not able to fish the wire at the sport where it was discussed originally. I got stuck with speaker in one corner now. They won't complete the work in one visit and when they have to come to complete the visit they will charge you for the visit. After reading this review if you still decide to go with them make sure you have everything in writing. The lady Karen is rude and all over very poor customer service and very slow in getting back to you. Stay away from them or look for another Control4 dealers. They are not the only one. Cheers!

Working with IHS for my new house was a pleasure! Dil worked with me for all the choices, and I never felt pressured. Each step along the way, their goal was exceptional customer service and they succeeded. I was really happy in the end, the system sounds great and it operates just how I expected. Highly recommended.

Setting up home automation in a new home can be a daunting task, but thanks to IHS, the experience became much more positive. Whenever I had an issue, Dil would talk me through it and if that wasn't enough, he would drive all the way from Sherwood Park to sort things out. When new issues arose, Dil was still very helpful but Jason the Tech came out and got everything working in a jiffy. Both individuals are very customer-service oriented and I would highly recommend IHS, Dil & Jason to all potential customers.
