Michelle, Candace and the rest of the crew at Direct Carpet were amazing and such a pleasure to work with. We had a budget and Michelle worked within that budget to give us exactly what we were looking for. The carpet is wonderful and a nice update to our home. Michelle was very helpful in choosing a carpet runner that complimented my floors and the installation was great and professional.

I had Direct Carpet come in and install a runner down my stairs, on my landing and also down a hallway. Everything was a 10/10. Installation was quick and easy, everyone was so nice to deal with as well. It has been over a month and I am just as thrilled with the work now as I was when it was first done. The carpet is very durable and is holding up amazing against all the foot (and dog) traffic this area gets. I am looking to have carpet installation done on another part of my home later this year and will for sure have Direct Carpet do the work.

Outstanding experience with Michelle at Direct Carpet. We had ordered a special black carpet for our stairs and while the production run took longer than expected, she kept us apprised of the delivery and when it arrived she had already scheduled the installation within days. The install team did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations for the final result. Highly recommended.

My best friend referred me to Michelle for carpet runner and from day 1 to the day of installation, she provided outstanding and exceptional services. Super responsive and she came to our place with samples to find out the best colour and type. She cares about small details too and made sure everything is good. She made it very easy to communicate and even with the installation day set up, she considered our travel schedules, my work schedules, etc and made it easy for me. And even after the installation, she followed up with me to make sure everything is good. We have used Direct Carpet twice now. We did the upper level of our previous house and now we have just completed our upper level of our current home. Michelle is BEYOND amazing. She is prompt with communication, she is quick and efficient, highly knowledgeable and is great at helping you find the perfect quality and colour! Very hard to find the level of service she provides these days. Price is unbeatable, installation is quick, done right and the crews are very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!! 10/10

Great company to hire, I needed my basement carpet/stairs finished quickly while having our home listed, quick response on phone, next day had Michelle come out and give a quote ( which was more then fair) and less then 24 hours later the job was completed. It looks great, couldn't be happier, also the 2 man crew were extremely nice, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend direct carpet
