Hata electric was easy to work with when it comes to scheduling a time. The difficulties came when they needed to do the things I needed done. Hata electric employee didn't wait for instructions and actually went to the property and let himself in and worked on the electrical work without asking for what I needed (And where I needed plug ins to be).Hata owner called and was able to make this right by coming back out and moving the outlet to the proper location. Thank you for making this right.

I received a quote from Travis. Had I work done. Called several times for a bill. Finally received a paper with the price, there was no list of the services provided or materials used. After they came they found out they didn’t need thebecause it was already up in the attic. They didn’t need to wire the electric box because it already had a breaker. The gentleman that came to do service had to leave a few times and had to wait for Travis to bring him items he didn’t have.I called and asked for list of items used and time spent here several times, the secretary refused to send them to me. A quote should show a breakdown of the individual charges. All that is then added together to create the total cost of a job. After repeated calls from me with no return calls back. I received a text saying I was being turned into credit.Reasons for a 1 star1. No breakdown of quote after repeatedly asking.2. No return phone calls

Very knowledgeable and kind. Was in good spirits while trying to solve a tricky problem. Highly recommended.
