I stopped in this past weekend after helping a friend in Guelph. I seen the Rio and knew I had to have my PB Bowl and a Banana Mango Smoothie like I do in Cambridge! I highly recommend you try it out! Once you go, it will become one of your go-to places to grab something to eat. I promise...Guelph is very fortunate to have Rio Nectar branch out there. They are always doing things to help out their communities. I guess that’s what you get when a restaurant is owned by a Paramedic! Always going above and beyond...Until next time Rio! Extremely small portions. The turkey avocado sandwich had very little meat on it and tasted like a simple sandwich you'd make at home. Came with a caesar salad that took me literally 3 bites to eat. All in all it was like a $14.00 snack. So many restaurants in Guelph being stingy on their portions, especially salads. Give me something unique and filling and make me want to come back!

Was in Guelph last week. I absolutely LOVE the food and service in Cambridge and decided to try their Guelph location. They were able to duplicate everything. Well done Rio Nectar! Covid has impacted a lot of small businesses and I love that you have been able to adapt and keep pushing through. Hope to see many more. Also, your Toca Salad may now be my new fav.

Tried this for the first time a few weeks ago - was really impressed with the flavour of the salads/wraps that we ordered. Fresh, tasty, and satisfying at a reasonable price. We'll be back!

I like their acai bowls. Not the best i’ve had and topping variety isn’t the greatest, but pricing is good with a decent portion size. Nonetheless, I recommend coming here over Heal. I wish Refresh Juice was still open though :(

Have visited the Cambridge store many times and when I was in Guelph a few days ago spotted the Rio Nectar sign. Was not dissappointed. Staff was awesome, and the food had the same great quality. Would definately reccommend . Sandwich, smoothie and an acai bowl for dessert.

I haven’t actually been to the actual location yet, but I have consistently ordered it through a courier service. I can’t get enough of their food, especially their Power PB Bowl! The staff also go the extra mile when preparing the food and always leave a little thank you note. I’m definitely planning on going for in-dining soon because I have been so impressed with the quality service they have been providing!
