This store is badly organized and lack customer service skills.I made an online order to be picked up at the store they claimed they didn't have my item in stock. It was a clearance item and even though this store was out of the way I chose it as they had inventory. I asked if they could check the back and was told they were too busy and to contact customer service.2 days later I get an e-mail saying my order was cancelled due to lack of inventory. It appears the stock number was incorrect per customer service.I don't know if the blame for this inventory issue is on the local store or website but the store did not lift a finger to help.
