Stephanie at J'adore was an AMAZING person to work with. Right from the beginning she was so helpful and creative. I was completely sold when I explained my vision and theme to her for my wedding, and she sent me a vision board of exactly what I wanted in pictures. She was on the same page as me right from our very first call. No other florist I spoke with prior had took the time and effort to make a vision board of everything we discussed for my wedding in a vision board for me like she did. She was extremely patient and was always very sweet. I made so many changes and I never felt pressured or felt guilty for making so many changes. As the most indecisive person I was so grateful that I was able to work with her because she was so patient with me. In the vision board she presented all the rental candle votives and candelabras that she had in her possession that worked with my gold and blush theme. I was truly relieved that she had the exact gold candle votives that I wanted for all the guest tables, as well the gold candelabras and gold lida dishes I wanted. I was so pleased I didn't have to go through another rental company for these items and she had them. Lastly, as my wedding venue was close in proximity to her store she allowed us to leave all her rentals at the venue the night of our wedding so she could get everything in the morning for us. Just another example of how sweet and thoughtful she is, as she did not have to do that for us. We didn't have to collect everything at the end of the night and bring them back within the next few days as she decided she would save us the hassle. That's just one of many examples of the little things she did for us that did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to work with J'adore as I appreciated my experience with her. They are very professional and have a great passion for what they do. I wish J'adore all the very best and will definitely be using her again for future events.

Stephanie and the J'adore team are absolutely amazing. From the very first meeting Stephanie put us at ease and we felt we could trust her to make our vision come to life. She did not disappoint, in fact all the arrangements she created blew us away. She executed our vision perfectly and I couldn't be happier with how everything came out. The flowers were all very fresh and even lasted for days after the wedding! The entire process with the J'adore team was completely stress free and Stephanie was so patient with us and our indecisions along the way. I loved J'Adore Floral! Getting married on the same day as Mother's Day made the hunt for florals quite difficult, but Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. Perfection! I called Steph knowing nothing about flowers, just the colour I wanted. Somehow, during many many many emails, calls and our trial, Steph and Gina made what was in my head a reality! They even stayed the day only to repurpose florals from the ceremony space to the reception hall! Steph was amazing to work with!

My wedding flowers were created by J'adore Floral Boutique and they were perfect. The whole process, from visioning to creating to delivery was very fun and easy. My bouquet was particularly beautiful. It was also solid and lasted for weeks. We had boutonnières and corsages created and J'adore made extras at no additional charge in the event that one fell off/got lost/got broken. I don't know if this is standard, but it was a really nice touch. Will not hesitate to return for wedding number two/three...
