Tried to order coffee +4 timbits deal with 4 more tidbits but was told deal was only 4.I think maybe she thought I wanted them for free ????

Got the new steak bowl and wrap and the lettuce was whole and there was very little sauce so you can barely taste it

Just got 2 bagels, suppose to have cream cheese, had none. Suppose to be toasted, they were not. Both black coffees did not have a sleeve. Plus the coffees were suppose to be black with 2 sugar, they made it with cream not sugar. This is not our first horrible experience at this location.

Nice place to stop in for the friend and have a coffee a donut and sandwich a cold drink you name it, or you can go through the drive-thru and pick a place of your own to sit and relax and have you Refreshments great place to go.

Very friendly and efficient staff! Overall what you would expect from a fast food place. Good service, good food quick attention to details.Cleanliness level of the dining area and working area could be cleaner. Lots of bits all around. Could have been a busy day with no down time tho!

Slow, understaffed, dirty. Stood in line for over 10 mins with only 4 groups ahead. Seriously lacking compared to the other locations. 1 staff for inside vs 6-8 for drive through.

Fast service but the lady at the window seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Like I was bugging her with my order.... I'll use caution ⚠️ when going here. If service gets better. I'll change my review!!

Saturday morning, Looked like half the store front staff was new and students, and it was busy. I hope they get the training support they need as they seemed nervous, I know it's hard on scheduling. But they did great! Worked hard to be friendly and quick despite being overwhelmed. The lady that seemed to be available to help the new staff was kind and patient. Keep it up!

The young lady who made our ice caps was friendly and quite quick, considering the fact that most orders yesterday seemed to be for ice caps.

The staff are usually nice but every time I order a latte from this particular store this is what they look like and I haven’t even had a drink. These were the last two that I have ordered. Today it was legit half of my cup. I never have this issue at any other Tim Hortons! Very disappointing.
