I went in with a recurring issue with my knee from hiking. I felt a bit silly going in long after the pain had subsided, so I thought there wasn’t much they could do for me.Kim boettger was extremely sweet and thorough. Very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys her profession and gave me really helpful exercises to help me heal my knee and also recommendations on how to strengthen my hips to prevent further issues. Would definitely recommend her as a physiotherapist! I learned a lot and was really happy with this location.

Had a great first experience with acupuncture under the diligent guidance of Pranavi Thampi.I initially booked an appointment for a massage and Pranavi suggested the combo of massage + acupuncture.She was very thorough with all my questions and concerns and walked me through the entire process before proceeding. At every moment she made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and stress free. The whole experience was great and I will be going back for more sessions!

Great sports complex that caters to all ages. There is a variety of different spaces for exercise and sport. The fitness area/weight room is huge and well stocked, tons of equipment. I've never had to wait to use weights or a machine, ever.There are multiple nice gymnasiums as well as an indoor track. The pool area is also huge, with multiple lap pools, kid pool, hot tubs and a steam room which is always broken. The pool could be cleaned more often-- lots of floating bandaids which is really gross.The rest of the facilities are kept clean. Would recommend this place.

Pranavi Thampi .. Deep Tissue Massage & AcupunctureHi .. Pranavi has helped me tremendously with my damaged right shoulder; this has been combined with my physiotherapy sessions as well. Pranavi has helped me gain more mobility and deal with less pain. She has always been very concerned with my comfort on the table and then with the pressure that she has been applying. She kept me informed on what she had planned for the current session and then with the future ones. It felt great that she had a plan to deal with it and that gave me great confidence that there was a long term goal with the treatment. Thank you!!

I've been seeing Pranavi Thampi for massage and acupuncture for about a month. The treatments have helped my back injury immensely and could not recommend her more. The acupuncture especially as it's massively sped up the recovery process. The staff is also friendly, helpful, and fantastic to deal with!

Previous physiotherapists I’ve worked with supported me through short term pain and maintenance. After two appointments with Eric Moon he told me that he wanted me to be able to run, and worked with me for months to educate and support me though exercises to increase my strength and mobility. Because of him, I got to the point where I was (and still am) able to go to the gym independently to increase my strength and reduce my pain. It was important to him that I had a long term plan and routine for support and I’m thankful that I can continue to use it months later.

Having Emma Aucoin as my physiotherapist was wonderful, she gave a very concerted, professional and focused attention to my injury. Terrible, had to cancel a treatment that started and go to another company where the treatment has been great. All this because the receptionist was not prepared to listen to the fact that I had multiple ways to settle an account and had just misplaced my Credit Card. Sadly after reporting it missing I actually found it. In the meantime I was harassed and called multiple times and e-mails to collect the fees for two visits which should have been covered by AHS and or Blue Cross Group Plan.

I've attended this Lifemark numerous times for a few injuries (MVA, snowboarding) and the care I've received is attentive, patient and tailored to maximize recovery. Jordan Finnie and Emma Aucoin have been my therapists so far and I cannot hesitate to recommend them enough.
