Worst McDonalds ever. They have the same person taking orders and taking payments which is making customers wait ages! Then u wait at the spot number to get your order! Fkin crazy

Honestly, the drive thru takes your order and then immediately tells you to park to the side so they can get to the next customer. Just waited 10 minutes for a smack wrap. Not sure if this is a tactic to make their drive thru numbers better but I believe this is a poor choice. Not to mention the several times they have gotten my order wrong. Pretty sure my name is in their book" for free food every month. Absolutely ridiculous...."

I hope I can give them zero star rating, because today on 30 December 2022 I placed an order on drive thru around 11:07pm and they gave me a junior chicken already eaten by someone, when I asked them ,their were two girls claiming they are managers but not ready to confess their mistake and apologize. This is a very serious issue that you guys are giving order that someone already ate. This location really really need to train their staff customer service and atleast tell them how to talk and apologize instead of doing wrong things and giving a bad attitude.But really want to thank the real manager who comes afterwards and atleast listen and try her best to fix the issue.

Poor service, very close to my home always messed up my order. Always scared when placing the order. Manager should pay attention to the service. It use to be good fast food restaurant but not anymore

Sometimes its good sometimes its bad .. we as customers have to understand that not everything will be perfect and these workers are trying there best .When its place is busy during rush I do tend to see the employee here chatting here from time to time during rush instead of focusing on the order or greeting the customer who is waiting by the cashierYes this is a fast food place and yes it get busy but I will mention thisWhen it busy please focus until it die downAlot of customers do come for coffee and even a quick bite.Do your best as employees of McDonald to make sure everything is in perfect order

Avoid this McDonald's. Worst service ever. It's SLOW (not-fast) food. Every time I go here; I regret it. Takes 25-30 mins to get your order and pray that it is right!Drive-thru moves fast cause they make everyone park, and then you wait to get your food delivered. If order is wrong; you have to go to the front counter to get it rectified.

Everyone loves McDonald'sregardless of any age group .We love their burgers, sandwiches, fries, and ice cream .Yes, McDonald's has a very special relationship with the children. They offer lots of things to make them happy and keep them busy .They have great staff, serving people nicely.It's a nice place to go and have some good time.

It's amazing how a place can even get a tea order wrong. I asked for 1 milk and 1 Splenda on the side for my tea. They gave me tea with milk and Splenda IN IT. When I asked if there's Splenda in it already, they said no as my order only said milk. So now am I supposed to enjoy this disgusting tea or waste more time complaining?????? Incredible. Customer service= 0
