I've sent in an application twice and it's been over a month. Still haven't received an email or a call back even though the site specifically says I would receive a call back within a few days. It's very serious and people cannot afford to live if they have a disability and can't work, SO unprofessional. How are the people working here just ignoring applications of people in need?

Helpful most of the time .Although a certain social worker should really look for another profession . Especially when they include these words in a conversation I don't care " when dealing with a client"
