If you want great service, then you want Omega. Our ensuite toilet was really plugged. We tried all the recommended attempts ourselves first to clear with no luck. Trevor had it flushing even better than it ever has. Took him less than fifteen minutes. We will definitely call Omega in future.Will arrange for Omega to duct clean and do a maintenance check on our furnace later this year too.

I called just after 9 this Friday morning, and he showed up and fixed our plumbing issue within 45 minutes!! WOW!! Are you kidding me!?! And for a great price. I'm glad he was able to make some quick cash from us as his service was INCREDIBLE. I called three other local plumbing outfits in Didsbury at 9, and none of them bothered to answer - 2 times over for each. How do you not rave about service like this? If first class service and quality are what you are after, then definitely make Omega Plumbing your first and only call. I'm glad Trevor was the only one to answer, and he will be the only one I will call for future plumbing needs. Thanks again Trevor, I greatly appreciate it!

Booked an appt. No one showed up. I booked work off and waited all day. I called that day, and the following three days. Left messages each time. Called a few weeks later, no answer but voicemail greeting was different. Called again 2 months later, left a message and voicemail greeting had changed again. No return call or nothing!

Great help. Got me to do a few things to troubleshoot problem. Turned out we were able to solve problem on our own! Will definitely get our next water heater from him.

We were lucky enough to have Trevor from Omega, be our plumbing guru through a very large house renovation. We met with him before our project began and he listened to everything we wanted. It was gutting and re-plumbing our entire main floor. He knows code and performs all of his work to the highest standards. Without question, his professionalism helped us get our project built to the very highest standards. At the start of July we contacted Omega regarding a leak that needed repair on our boiler system. Trevor made a commitment to do the repair. We tried several times through leaving messages on his phone and via texting. Today, October 6, I got a hold of Trevor and he told me he is too busy to do the repair and hung up on me when I challenged him to live up to his commitments. This is not the kind of business that can be counted on from my experience.
