We've been ordering pizza hut for a long time and today when we ordered we were informed that they changed the kind of cheese they use. The pizza tasted awful and we did not enjoy it at all.

They have THE BEST cheese stuffed crust pizza. Have gotten from several locations in Oakville and Mississauga and the one they make at this location definitely tops it. The stuffed crust was great and the cheese is EXCELLENT. I know where to keep ordering from!UPDATE:Nov 2021 - Recently ordered some wings that comes in one of their promo bundles but I was so disappointed coz they were TINY!! I have one beside one of the dipping sauces to compare. The stuffed crust pizza was still good but I know not to order wings from here.

Stuffed crust is super soggy, it’s in the box and moist from the evaporation just ruined the bread.Thin crust is nice, I love the crispy at the bottom. Boneless chicken tastes bland and like chunk of flour…Bread tastes bad without extra cheese. Cookie looks delicious but it’s too big.

Ordered My box" pizza and chicken pieces. Food was freshly made and on time.I enjoyed my lunch! Just wished the location would be a bit bigger so people could sit inside and eat."

Love this Pizza Hut. Really friendly and efficient service. I've been to A TON of Pizza Huts over the decades and this one always makes them proper. Even and full cheese and topping distribution over the pizza with no empty voids and no overly large crust bubbles that take away from the area of toppings. My go to pizza chain location in Halton.

I just called to order for the pick up but the order taker was so rude aggressive tone. She need to patience and polite. So please train the staff properly. Just ruined my day with such aggressive way of asking my order. End up ordering nothing because of her

These guys only got an extra star from because they offered to remake the pizza. I order two pizzas from this place one large pizza and one medium. both pizzas were not cut properly which we only found out after we pulled it apart to have oddly torn pieces of pizza.I called them right away once the pizza started falling apart which they offered to replace the pizza for me even though I told him it happened with both.The guy on the phone was pretty nice hence the extra star. When I showed up there the girl at the counter was much less than friendly. In fact she didn't really care.one picture you will see the oil sliding off the medium pizza which I did not replace.You will also see you in another picture how the pizzas of torn oddly in the centre of the pizza.I definitely do not recommend this establishment dough pizza hut has been around for a long time, I have lost my appetite.

I ordered my pizza for pick up 4 hours ahead! I got there and they said 2 mins, then 5 more times of 2 more mins without explanation. I had to escalate the Situation in order to find out their deliver person took my 2nd pizza by mistake which made me wait for additional 20 mins. I would’ve been understanding about the situation but you had to hide your mistake instead just being honest with your customer. Never again with this place.
