I brought my truck to get 2 rock chips repaired at CalAlta. I pulled around the back. There were a few vehicles getting rock chip repairs. I pulled up to a vehicle being worked on. As I got out of the truck the guy doing the chip repairs told me to wait in the truck and he would be right over.When he came over I showed him the 2 rock chips I wanted to get repaired. After he drilled the two chips out, he also check the whole windshield to see if there were others. After inspecting he said it was just surface wear.While the resin was curing we had a quick conversation and I learned his name was Glen I asked a few questions about the repair process. He was happy to explain each step to me. After the repair he cleaned my entire windshield and even wiped down the inside of the cab where he stepped to get access to the rock chips. The repair took no time at all and I was on my way. Highly recommend CalAlta for rock chip repairs. There was no need to make an appointment too.

The windshield I had replaced two weeks ago was not properly installed and rain water leaked inside my truck for a week while I was on holidays. When I phoned in to complain, the lady on the phone immediately told me that the leak is more likely the result of something" else and not the windshield

Great service, had to special order my windshield but it was ready at the appointment time and installed without issue. They didn't have to recalibrate the sensors either. This is the second car I've taken there and been very happy so will use them again.

Just got service with them today July 6 2023.First off I am very happy and thankful to them, because I had called and asked about an appointment at like 11 a.m. and they were able to get me in for 4 p.m. same day service.The window they put in a very nice piece of work. During the rain we had today I had an idea popped in my head for some other so I was given permission to go down and talk with the guys. All of them are great and understanding. They brought me back down a little later to show and explain that I needed another appointment and why and how.I got my van back to me at closing and had an issue with the aftermarket reverse camera that is installed. The guys took time from cleaning up their work areas to come give me assistance before jumping in and literally pulling some of their work apart to trace back what went wrong and fixed it for me...Pros:-They run alongside the veterans food bank for Calgary and you get a pretty good deal. For bringing in non-perishables to support that organization.-the team members from the front to the back our kind, attentive, willing to listen, able to spit dad jokes like the best of them.-fast and efficient- 6-month chip repair coverage-good operating hours overall as far as I can tell.Cons:-small shop with a pro team so they can get busy fast. Definitely don't do what I did and call last minute if you can help it.-they're not magic men and women. So don't expect a Jiffy lube turnaround timeAgain thank you to the team.
